Workers in downtown Tampa can get out of their office and do something a little different for lunch this Thursday, Sept. 13.

The Tampa Bay Rays will host a watch party and donation drive in partnership with The Junior League of Tampa at Lykes Gaslight Square Park.

The park is located at 410 N. Franklin St., Tampa.

Fans can watch the Rays-Orioles game starting at 12:35 p.m with festivities beginning at noon.

Attendees can meet the Rays Street Team and team mascot Raymond and enjoy complimentary food and drinks throughout the afternoon.

Fans are encouraged to bring toiletries, bottles, pacifiers, and children’s clothing for The Junior League’s Love Bundles program benefiting the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Child Protective Services.  For a complete list of desired donation items visit

A special thank you gift for donations is available at the Tampa Team Store located at 400 N. Tampa St.
