Free health fair offers screenings, massages, more

You can start the new year off in a healthy way this weekend at the free Florida Blue Health Fair.

The event is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday (Jan. 12) at the Florida Blue Center, 201 N. West Shore Blvd., Tampa.

Some of the freebies include:

• Health screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels
• BMI measurements
• Stress-relieving chair massages
• Refreshments
• Chance to win a $25 gift card
