Drink up those calories


Looks like downing high-calorie drinks can be responsible for packing on the pounds.

The Los Angeles Times reports that regardless of the vitamins promoted on the package, these drinks can be adding more calories to your diet.

Those who reduce their liquid calorie intake by just 100 calories a day can watch a half pound disappear in six months. That may be slow weight loss, but it hammers home an important point. We all need to pay better attention to what we’re eating AND drinking.
