BOSTON— David Price makes his first career start tonight at Fenway Park as the Rays try to stop this three-game slide brought about by poor outings by the starting pitchers—James Shields, Wade Davis and Jeff Niemann.

Speaking of Niemann, Joe Maddon said he still plans to start him Sunday despite a trio of rough outings since the big righty came off the disabled list.
