Blount Happy To Be Back In Florida

TAMPA – New Bucs running back LeGarrette Blount can now attest to the fact that One Buc Place can be a difficult building to navigate you’ve never had a tour of it before.

Blount, the former Oregon running back whom the Bucs claimed off waivers from the Titans on Monday, got lost looking for the locker room early Tuesday and wound up stumbling into the media room instead.

Blount will get his first official meeting with the media later this morning, but we know already that he was a little surprised to be let go by the Titans and is very happy to be back in Florida.

“I’m just a couple hours from the house,’’ said Blount, who grew up in Perry and attended Taylor High School. “I’m really happy to be here. Really looking forward to playing here.’’
