because Santa’s Ho Down is coming to the Bay area. Are you ready?
What is Santa’s Ho Down? It’ll be one of the last Ultimate Frisbee hat tournaments of 2006.
What’s a hat tournament? You sign up to play noting your ability (beginner, intermediate, Frisbee god, etc.), and then you’re randomly assigned to a team. You don’t know who your teammates will be, but that’s half the fun.
Santa’s Ho Down is open to players of all skill levels, and it’s guaranteed to be a great way to meet some cool people.
There are only 96 spots available, so don’t delay—sign up today! Just visit Bay Area Ultimate’s Web site to register.
Here’s the 411:
Santa’s Ho Down

Fruitville Park, 5151 Richardson Road, Sarasota
Just west of Exit 210 off I-75
Here are directions

Word on the street is if you don a Santa hat and dive in the endzone for a touchdown, it’s worth 2 points instead of 1! Gotta love that.
Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided. Everyone lands T-shirts. Winners will be awarded medals.
And hey, there’s beer afterward with a traditional post-race party.
