That is the second question I am asked about The Challenge. Believe it or not, I am not going to use any famous diet. I am calling mine The Skinny Pictures on the Fridge Diet. Since it’s the calories that matter, that’s what I am going to count and write down to make sure I don’t eat a gazillion a day - as before The Challenge. That and NO sugar! Sugar turns me into an eating machine and I really don’t want to hear the beeping anymore when I back up! EAT LESS. DO MORE.

You go, girl! You are absolutely ready to succeed and meet your goals. I’m confident that you will! Calorie counting and avoiding sugar sounds like a good plan. Just wondering though, are you going to increase your exercise, too?

If misery loves company, I’m it for you, girl. I started the no sugar diet too. This is no piece of cake, haha. I love the stuff too. Take one day at a time on this one, don’t look ahead, just do today.
You will succeed, just see it in your mind.
