Can we really tell you how to be fabulous?  That certainly depends on your willingness to learn, but we think it’s high time someone around here started tackling the truly important lifestyle issues that we Fashionable Tampans face every day. 
Because, we’ll just be flat-out honest with you:  We love fashion, even though we know it’s pretty silly.  In fact, we love following fashion and social trends the way most men love following sports--we know it’s just a game, but we still can’t help but take it a tad more seriously than we should. 
And we know we’re not alone.
So we read all the fashion magazines and hobnob with Tampa’s trendsetters so that we’ll know exactly what’s In and what’s Out in this town. We talk with our Top Secret Correspondents in New York and LA, sometimes even personally traveling to those cities in the pursuit of Fashion Intelligence.  (It’s a thankless job, but someone has got to do it, and it might as well be us.)
In fact, you might think of us as the Steve Jerve of trend-tracking.  Like Steve, we can see the trends coming from way off, (although we’re watching New York, Paris, Milan, and LA instead of that dreadful little spot in the Caribbean that incubates hurricanes), and we’ll tell you which ones are likely to impact Tampa and which ones will probably just fizzle out over the ocean.  And you’ll believe us, because, like Steve, we’re tall and blond and very serious.  Okay--no, actually we’re none of those things, but we promise we’ll keep you up-to-the-second when it comes to the Next Big Thing, just as Steve would.
In short, we’ll keep you informed of just what you need to know so that you can fully prepare for whatever’s coming on the Fashion Front, whether it’s an updated skirt length or a new boutique in town.
