Thing of beauty.
My Twitter friend @foodpluswords cranked that bad boy out over the long Labor Day weekend.
I made sweet potato, apple & pancetta hash, topped with a fried egg!
Yes, you did.
And because of you I CAN’T GET THIS DISH OUT OF MY HEAD.
I hope you can live with yourself.
It happens every week when I call roll on Twitter and Facebook asking for the best that everyone had to eat and drink over the weekend.
