Tofu Tacos, Anyone?
Yep, you heard it here first.
El Taconazo, aka The Taco Bus, is serving up tofu on the menu.
Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, the menu has opened up a whole new world of possibilities. Tasty ones!
The bus, at 913 E. Hillsborough Ave. near Nebraska, still serves all of its flavorful and affordable fare dripping with authenticity. But now a veggie-based protein is in the mix.
