I’m the kind of gal that savors sleep.
An ideal night involves anywhere from nine to 20 hours.
Yes, I really mean 20.
See, there was the night I pulled an all-nighter in school studying for a midterm.
I ended up falling asleep after taking the test, about noon. I awoke to someone pounding on the front door—and it was after 9 the NEXT MORNING!
I was miffed that none of my roommates seemed to care that they hadn’t seen me for that long.
Unfortunately my days of logging double-digit hours of sleep are long gone, and now I would settle with a solid eight. Like that ever happens.
I got less than six hours last night. Ouch.
Ever wonder how lack of sleep can affect you?
