Tim Tebow could be “brief” distraction in Jockey underwear ads

Looks like we’ll be seeing a lot more of Tim Tebow now that he’s become spokeman for Jockey underwear. Jockey announced the Denver Broncos first-round draft has signed a multi-year contract with the underwear giant that will begin this summer.

“I’m excited to represent the Jockey brand and to work with such an innovative company,” Tebow said in a statement. “I’ve long been a fan and consumer of Jockey, and think they make a quality product with a great fit. I’m looking forward to a great relationship with such a respectable company.”

Tebow’s signing begs the question—boxers or briefs?

Whatever he wears, we hope Jockey doesn’t put him on a billboard at a major Tampa intersection. Tampa already is home to two of the state’s most dangerous intersections—Hanley Road and Waters Avenue and 15th St. and E. Fowler Avenue.—It would be a real shame to add another intersection to the list.
