Have you ever worked in a building that was just so cold you have to go outside to warm up? For some reason our air conditioner at our house really started to work one night. I woke up in the morning and just had to get into the sun. I layed on the back deck and just let the heat from a beautiful morning slowly envelope me. It was such a awesome feeling that I could tell it was time for a conversation with the Dude of Dudes, The Big Mama the chairmen of the the BOARD of BOARDS and if none of them were listening at least the squirrel who was watching me might have been. So as I soak in this moment I put out the question” What can I do to help me along this weight loss project” I waited in the silence for the answer to show up. Listening to the rustle in the trees the blue jays and mockingbirds doing their thing. Then the answer hit me like a hammer......"Stop eating at McDonald’s at 11 O’Clock at night you moron” There it was and I will now follow that advice. The squirrel also told me to get a new pair of pajamas...I am on it.
