Well Dan, I’m now right in the middle of Spring Break! So far so good. I’ve been spending a lot of time with my girls, shopping and the like. Any other time, that’s all that we would have done. This year we have made plans with friends to go to Fred Howard Park and take the bikes! I can’t wait. It will be so nice to be able to keep up and not to make an excuse why I can’t ride that far! I’ve been riding everyday. I’m up to 19 miles since Saturday. I’m shooting for 40 this week. It’s still hard to believe that a few short months ago, I never would’ve dreamed of a goal like that!! I would’ve been lucky to make 40 steps, let alone 40 miles! I’m down 16 lbs. now. I’d like to thank all my team mates (even the guys!) for all of the great support! Let’s finish this month with a bang!

great touchbase, Nancy! You’re going a great thing for yourself and sounds like you’ve made it a lifestyle change by including your exercise in family events!
I was just thinking about you this morning on my bike ride at the Flatwoods Preserve.
So glad to hear you are doing well..not just well but fantastic!
I sure hope we’re going to have a group “after” get together and photo. That would be nice to have as a finishing to our 3-month challenge.
