Here I am checking Oreo to see if I can feel too much fat or too little. Hogs must meet a certain quality of meat and muscling. On weigh-in day, hogs gets weighed, and if they make the required 230 lbs., the hogs are checked for back fat with a machine. A USDA #1 graded pig must have less than 1 inch back fat. I think Oreo will be perfect!
