"A serving isn’t whatever you can spoon into you dish.” - Supermarket Weight Loss Diet
I knew that, but didn’t quite believe it. I find I have really been fudging with this part of my lifestyle change. Writing down everything I eat, but not HOW MUCH. So now I am paying more attention to portions. Making sure there is more green on my plate than brown. (As a former kindergarten teacher, I love to color code my world!) Just amazed, when I pay attention to what my body is telling me, how I really do want those spinach leaves instead of cookies. Never would have believed it, but it true, it’s true.
Curves workout today. Tougher after a few days off, but my muscles were happy.

Brenda!
Thought I would let you know that I have been to the gym a dozen times since joining, thus proving once again that virtually anything can be addictive, even things that are good for you. Like crunchy vegetables, something that I’ve always craved. By the way: how is your book coming? I understand your writing progress is pretty fit as well!
