We watched the show about Organ Donation.
My son had been on dialysis since May 05.
In Jan 23rd 08 he got his transplant .
We have been now told that since he is on Medicare and Medicaid that he has only three years for the meds after that he on his own. I have just heard that there is a Bill in the Senate sponsored by Richard Durbin D-IL and Thad Cochran R-MS on Nov.7 07.Also Bill in the House by Dave Camp R-MI and Ron Kind D-WI on Aug.1.07.
This bill will cover all meds for transplant patient for life .. What i need to know is how do we get this passed.

I forgot to list the bill number .
The Senate bill number is S-2320
The House bill number is H.R.3282.
This bill is so important to Kidney Transplant Patients .
I hope that you will get back to me and help me Educate the Transplant Community
about what health cover they get with
Medicare.
