Praise God from whom all blessings flow! My loss is His gain! I did it, I reached my goal of 40 lbs or 10% of my total weight! I feel terriffic. Not that I want to climb more stairs terriffic , but pretty darned terriffic! I’ve lost 6 inches of unwanted waist, 2 shirt sizes, my old wedding ring fits, my cool green shorts fit, my whiteys aren’t so tighty(TMI I’m Sure). But I have a desire to live life to it’s fullest potential now. Did I mention my cholesterol is down to normal limits? It’s all good! God is good!
This is only the beginning. Theres so much more work to do. All I can say is like I told that building with all the stairs....Bring it!
I must thank all of my supporters who have given so much. Debbie, Mom,Lori,Alex(kaboo!),Jon,Brenda,Nancy,Sonya,Corey and fam.,Kevin,Coco,and all my dear friends who are so numerous to mention. Great job in meeting your goal, Marty! What an amazing accomplishment. As you look back now, you can see how God blessed you with your determination. Keep trusting in Him with all of your needs. He will never turn away from you.
Although the challenge ends, this is just the beginning to a great and healthy life. Use this challenge as a learning tool to see what things made you succeed and what things caused failures. God bless!

My dearest son I knew you would do it!!!!! Wih God on your side how could you not! I know what this means to everyone that loves you( you have a whole choir of themj) You are sooooo blessed, a beautiful wife,loving caring children, and all the rest of us too many to mention. I agree that your dad must be so very happy that you have done this for yourself.
