By the way, the warm-up was a set of 12, nine and six handstand push-ups and hang power cleans.

I almost turned around and ran home.

I know what you’re thinking. Thirty is way better than 240.

Not so—when you can’t even begin to do one muscle-up.

It took me just over 30 minutes to finish my 240 reps.

Shoulders. About to fall off. Ow!
