Last week, I did a story on Domenick Siciliano, host of the local radio show “On The Grill.”
In the story, I mentioned that one of his callers told him about using their backyard grill to make seafood inside a hollowed-out watermelon.
Siciliano, who goes by “Tony Fatso” on the radio, took the chance to make the recipe this week and shot this Flickr gallery of the results.
And, by comparison, here’s the photographic recipe that started it all.
