The fatcalories.com site is great!
Due to gallbladder problems, I need to know the number of fat calories in everything. Sometimes the fast food places have their nutritional brochures handy, but most of the time, they don’t.
This lets you find the low fat menu choices ahead of time. They are not always what you might think. For instance, at Wendy’s, chili is the best choice. Fewest fat grams, lots of protein, and very low cost.
