Eat less + Do more= Healthier + Happier life
After 58 years, I think I’ve got it. The Challenge becomes the Commitment. The Commitment becomes the Habit. The Habit becomes the Lifestyle. The Weight Loss Challenge will be over in a month and 2 months ago I pretty much thought that would be it, even if I didn’t admit it. NOW I have made the commitment and feel a habit coming on! A big thank you to all the comments and reactions, it has helped me more than you can realize.

WAY TO GO BRENDA! I HAD THE SAME REVELATION THIS MORNING WHILE OUT FOR MY MORNING CARDIO BIKE RIDE.
EVERYONE THAT WAS RACING BY ME WAS ALREADY SLIM AND TRIM. THEY WEREN’T DOING THE EXERCISE TO LOSE WEIGHT...THEY WERE DOING IT TO HAVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE...!
SO THAT JUST PROVES IT THAT WE’LL BE DOING THE SAME THING ONCE WE’VE LOST ALL OUR EXCESS WEIGHT TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.
