One of the cool things for me about the YouTube era is getting to watch people develop their moviemaking skills.
Check out this video by 25-year-old musician James Provan.
His bio reads:
I’m a musician, photographer and video producer from the east coast of Scotland. I’m also a student, I’m halfway through a degree in Computer Science and really hoping that it will be over soon
I’m 25 and I’ve been writing music for 12 years, and doing videos for the past year.
Now check out his latest video. This time, he threw in a storyline and amped up the visual effects:
Very cool. The boy’s got mad skills for having only done this for a year. The second video is about to turn the corner on 1.1 million views after launching only five days ago. The kid is begging to be hired.
Rock on, Jimbo.
Oh, one other thing. For the record, Feb. 5 is National Pancake Day. Celebrate accordingly.
