Getting Started


cheese I introduced myself, now for my situation.  I’m a single mom with two teenage girls, Stacie and Tracie.  They are both very active with band, 4-H, and youth group at church.  This gives my the problem of consistancy with exercise.  Every week is different with the places we need to go.  So I’ve decided to work on my exercise bike at home , you know the thing that holds clothes!  I will probably need to ride at night around 8:30 or 9pm.  Anyone exercise at night?  Can you get to sleep?  I will also ride my bike outside when I can.  I must fullfill my goal of having the girls keep up with me, not me huffing and puffing trying to keep up with them!  Once a week I will work out at the gym with my fellow team mates.  Stay tuned to see how this exercise thing goes, I’m getting tired just planning it!  With the help of my teammates and lots of prayer and faith that God will give me strength, I CAN do this!
