It must be tough going from the pool to the podium, pool, podium, pool, podium all day long.
But Michael Phelps makes it look easy.
The Olympics contender reportedly knocks back 12,000 calories per day to sustain his 30-hour weeks in the pool, his sprints back and forth to the gold-medal podium and that crazy arm flap he does before every race.
How does he do it?
Breakfast: 3 fried egg sandwiches, 2 cups coffee, 5-egg omelet, bowl of grits, 3 pieces of french toast, 3 chocolate chip pancakes
Lunch: 1 pound pasta, 2 ham and cheese sandwiches, energy drink (1,000 calorie)
Dinner: 1 pound pasta, 1 large pizza, energy drink (1,000 calorie)
But can he inhale ice cream the way I can?
Bring it, Mike!
