Hi Gang,
The last few weeks have been so difficult for me...I’ve been working 12 to 14 hour days 6 days a week. Hardly working out at all and not eating the healthiest in the world. I’ve just been exhausted from all the stress. Ugh...stop the world...I wanna get off!
The good news is that I’m refocused and ready to get back to my fitness and weight loss challenge as of TODAY. The reality of it is that my lifestyle really isn’t going to change that much...I’m still going to have to keep working hard...such is the nature of my profession. What I will have to embrace is how to manage the rest of my life. Eating healthy 90% of the time, exercising and doing my yoga to de-stress.
Thank goodness I have a great support system at work and at home and all of you of course...Support is soooo important! Thanks everyone!

I work along with Sonya, and I know exactly how hard it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle in our crazy business! I cannot say enough how proud I am of her and her dedication to her healthy transition! Every day her clothes get a little bit looser - now if we could only find some time to go shopping for new ones!

I went through a big weight loss of my own several years ago after college, and have maintained it, so I know exactly what she is going through. She is a very strong and focused woman, and I am sooo excited to see her getting thinner!
