And with regaining the balance of life--my weight won’t be. The best part of my reaction to yesterday’s weigh-in---I didn’t throw my hands up in the air and eat my way through the day! In fact, I realized I might just be setting myself up to eat, then refused to fall for my own mind game. Now that is a great feeling. Anybody else play these mind games with themselves? There is so much more to nourishment than food.

You are so right! Keep positive, you did GREAT on your loss! Think of it in terms of butter, how many sticks have you lost!!
Your total inches lost is fantastic!
Can’t wait to see less of you in a few weeks!
Your “losing” buddy,
Nancy

Mind Games? What mind games? No mind games here. Now I need to go find something to help fill that hole in the soul. And you know what I want....I love reading your comments.
Love...Sally

Brenda . I just read the last week of your blogs. I was particularly struck by the one where you were changing from I will try to I will. I would like to see that change again to I am...so that you see yourself already there. I am so proud of your success . Keep up the good work. It is worth the effort.
