The SPCA Tampa Bay will offer free blood-pressure screenings from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

There will also be live cat behavior demonstrations from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. and a cat health seminar from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. The screenings coincide with the Cat-terrific Adoption event from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at the shelter, 9099 130th Ave. N., Largo.

People who adopt adult cats this month pay only $15.
