Susan Boyle, you’re old news, my friend.
The newest singer who has wowed the forever-grumpy Simon Cowell is Danyl Johnson, who recently auditioned for Britain’s “The X Factor.”
The 27-year-old school teacher sang The Beatle’s “With A Little Help From My Friends,” while stalking the stage, winking at judges and charming the audience.
The performance prompted Cowell to declare it “single-handedly the best first audition I have ever heard.” Heck, Cowell even gave Johnson a standing ovation. That’s something coming from the seemingly hard-to-impress judge.
Since the performance, its had more than one million views on YouTube. Yes, that’s not even close to Boyle’s numbers, but you be the judge. Which concert ticket would you buy?
