CPR For Germophobes
Ever contemplated what you’d do if you needed to administer CPR to someone you don’t particularly care to have direct contact with?
Makes you wonder, doesn’t it?
Apparently now you can skip the mouth-to-mouth and still save a life.
The American Heart Association is saying that hands-only CPR works just as well as standard CPR for sudden cardiac arrest in adults.
