Received sad news today from Dawn Algieri at Lincoln Heights Bistro on Elm Street in Safety Harbor:
This is Dawn. Some of you may already know that I was involved in an auto accident about 10 days ago. Though not seriously injured, I am not functioning at full capacity and will need some time to rest and recover. Therefore, as of Sunday, June 29, I will cease the daily restaurant operation of Lincoln Heights Bistro.
The restaurant and property it sits on is for sale. Until such time as it is sold, I will continue to host private and business events and I will be available for cooking classes (children and adults), catering and personal chef services. As these types of events are not as physically demanding, nor the day as long as the daily operation of a restaurant, I will be able to offer these services.
We will be hosting our regularly scheduled Wine Tasting from 6-9 p.m. this Thursday. (The menu follows.)
Also, on Aug. 7, we will be hosting a fundraising event for the Safety Harbor Museum from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. Details will follow in an e-mail some time in July.
You may continue to reach me at (727) 726-4210 after the 29th. If you, or someone you know are interested in the property, you may also use that number to contact me. Thank you all for your support and patronage. I hope to see you some time in the next two weeks.
Sincerely,
Dawn Algieri
