Have you got plans for this one? If not, don’t miss out on a chance to break a sweat.
First up: Join Mayor Pam Iorio for a walk in the park Saturday. Literally.
Hey, you can get to know Pam, boost your cardio and enjoy it all at Al Lopez Park, 4810 N. Himes Ave., Tampa. Registration begins at 8, and the walk gets under way at 9.
It’s part of her Keeping Tampa Fit initiative.
If you’d rather roll with the crowd, check out the Hilly Hundred Sunday morning in Dade City.
Yep, that’s a 100-mile ride. But if that’s not your speed, you can also go for the 18-, 34- or 63-miler. Whew!
The first riders mass start is at 7:30 a.m. at Pasco-Hernando Community College. It’s $25 to register the day of.
The best part: You can do both and still watch your favorite football games (and eat those wings sans the guilt).
