Boom cha- boom boom cha- boom boom. (Repeat this over and over in your mind as you read this blog please.)
Ive been walking miles and miles, on tread-mills at life-styles. This diet thing is going great, Fattening foots I overrate. Those days are gone I must confess, My pants are fitting like a dress. My wife re-cog-nises this new guy, shes looking at me with that look in her eye! I’m dancing around playing air guitar, cause 20 pounds i’ve lost so far! So Im happy to give this short report, and am blessed by all your love and support. So thats bout it for this short story, God above gets all the glory. Its falling off by leaps and bounds, cant wait till I reach 40 pounds!
I know I wont be awarded any pulitzer prize for poetry. Hmmmmm… What rhymes with poetry?
God bless you all....Marty G.

My handsome hubby, so proud am I
Your pants are looser, you morale is high;
Keep looking above for the inspiration you need;
And 40 pounds plus will drop off with speed;
I can’t wait to take you to the mall;
And shop somewhere other than the Big & Tall;
So with a hug and a kiss, I’ll wish you success;
But you should know in my book you’ve always been the best.
Your love,
Deb

Congrats on your success to date. History has shown that you will need to develop the same toughness, veracity, and sheer obstinacy that you ascribe to the lifestyles personal trainer named Doug. Now is the time to get tough and realize that this is not easy and that major adjustments must be reached and accepted and continued for years. After all, who doesn’t want good health and a long life?
