Big Foot. Boats. 747.
When it comes to the size of my feet, I’ve heard them all. I’ve worn a size 11 shoe since I was 13 (Payless Shoes wasn’t around back then).
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked into a shoe department and fallen in love with a pair of shoes only to hear, “I’m sorry, we don’t carry your size.”
Well, I’m going to share some very important scoop: Dillard’s at International Plaza will have a footwear trunk show for women with “uncommom” shoe sizes. In other words, women with large and really small feet.
The trunk show will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday and will feature more than 3,000 pairs of shoes ranging in size from 4.5 to 12, in narrow and wide selections.
“Women with extended shoe size needs often purchase their shoes online without ever seeing the product in person,” said regional shoe sales manager Kathy Zampieri. “During our trunk show, women will have a chance to see, feel and try-on the shoes before purchasing.”
Brands like Antonio Melani, Gianni Bini, Michelle D and Naturalizer will offer large size shoes in array of styles including sandals, dress shoes and casual flats - Hallelujah!!!
I don’t know about you, but I know where I’ll be tomorrow morning.
