I rolled out of bed this morning cursing.

You could say the pain is sinking in.

I was planning to run at the gym tonight, but just the thought of it makes me weak in the knees.

Here’s a recap of where I hurt:

*Back

*Neck and shoulders

*More shoulders, armpits, bis, tris, forearms, etc.

*Scapulas

*Spleen

That about covers it for today.
