If you’re ever ruined a perfect mani before making it out of the salon door, there’s a new nail polish in town; it’s called Shellac and won’t smudge, chip, dent, flake, nothing for at least two weeks. And you can use it on your toes, too.
Trina Vichot, a nail tech at Niche Salon (813-298-7051), is one of a handful of techs offering the Shellac manicure, which costs about $10 to $20 more than a regular mani, depending on the salon.
