General manager Warren Hall, who has helped Mark Lunsford organize annual memorial rides for Jessica, is keenly interested in the retardation issue.
“Other things get lost,” Hall said. “OK, so maybe he’s got an IQ of 65 or 66, [but] my personal opinion is I say he’s guilty.
“Anyone who does something like that ain’t right. What’s it matter if it’s retardation or something else. Get it done. Don’t wait seven years.”
