I say let the builders and condo owners that want water front property pay their own insurance.NO one helps me pay for my insurance. Also the high rises and condos that are built on water front property are privitizing that area of beach front so the general public doe’s not have access.Watching your 6pm broad cast there was a notice on a fence also saying PRIVATE PROPERTY NO TRESSPASSING

I am totally against subsidizing property owners who live in High Risk areas of Florida. I get no benefit from their house on the beach or wherever. My home is located several hundred feet above sea level and is statistically considered a low risk area. If a Punta Gorda driver (for instance) is a high risk driver, I do not pay to subsidize his auto insurance, why should I subsidize his property insurance. It is time Florida got it act together, and fixed this issue.
