Judge Ric Howard has taken the bench, and it looks like we’ll be hearing testimony from a couple more people.
That means that closing arguments probably aren’t going to begin until sometime Thursday.
Prosecutor Ric Ridgway still doesn’t know whether he’s going to call his final witness Thursday morning. A lot will probably hinge on how effective prosecutors think this morning’s witnesses are. There’s still an outside chance that the jury could get the case today.
