On Sunday Sept. 28., Riverview’s Playmania is hosting a fundraiser for Sydney’s School for Autism.
For $10, your little one can have pizza, a drink and 2 hours of free play in their 1,500 square foot facility. The event takes place from 6 to 8 p.m.
I looked over the website for this business and I wasn’t terribly impressed with their prices. It seemed a little high to me for what is a glorified playroom. Especially their birthday party packages. One of which was $455 for 16 kids! Yow!
But the school for autism is a great cause to support and I appreciate what they are trying to do for these special kids. My children have gone through elementary school with autistic kids for years because of the way Hillsborough County clusters special needs children on campuses. They have friends with various ranges of the spectrum that makes up autism.
