The Internet is abuzz today over the Oscar night roll call of celebrities who passed away last year because Farrah Fawcett was omitted. Also not remembered were Bea Arthur, Ricardo Montalban and Ed McMahon. They were primarily TV actors but Fawcett, who died of cancer at age 62, was in a few films - more, in fact than Michael Jackson.
Farrah was in “Dr. T and the Women,” “The Apostle,” “Man of the House,” “Extremities” and “Logan’s Run.”
Arthur made a couple of films “Mame” and “Lovers and Other Strangers.”
Montalban was in B-movies in the 1940s and ‘50s as well as “Star Trek: Wrath of Khan.”
