Talent scouts will be looking for young aspiring actors, ages 16 to 22, to be contestants on “High School Musical: Summer Sessions” which will air on ABC.
Hosted by actor, singer and songwriter Nick Lachey, the “Summer Sessions” reality show will have participants involved in a summer music program to hone their skills.
According to ABC, “one talented newcomer will receive the opportunity of a lifetime, becoming a part of ‘High School Musical’ history.”
An ABC spokeswoman said the details about the prize will be announced later. Also to be determined are the times for the audition, which will be at Champion Stadium in Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando.
