With one night left until the big premiere you might be getting headaches and nosebleeds from trying to remember last season, I suggest you grab the Season 5 DVD and check out these episodes to help get caught up:
The Incident Part 1 and 2 — The season finale is a must watch to remember where we left off and to figure out who is dead, who is trapped in 1977, and who fell down a big hole.
The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham — This episode gives you the low down on Locke’s mission to get everyone back to the island.
Follow the Leader — Locke takes his place as the leader of the Others and check out all the clues that reveal the true identity of Locke.
For those who don’t have the season 5 DVD, ABC will be running a recap episode 8 p.m. Tuesday before the two-hour season premiere.

I just watched Jeremy Bentham over the weekend. It almost seems at the ending like Ben does not plan on killing Locke until Locke mentions Eloise Hawking. Is this your take on it, too?
Also, we now know it’s not really Locke in the present day island scenes. But how does the anti-Jacob know so much about him? He describes how he died (still love that line “that’s the man who killed me”) and seems legitimately confused at being on the island again.
I also noted the close-up on Locke’s shoes (that Jack put on his feet). Significant, I guess, but I don’t know why.

The New York Times talked to Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof for the Sunday paper. They listed five episodes to watch before the series premiere tomorrow. They are: the Pilot, Through the Looking Glass (season 3), The Constant (season 4), the Variable (season 5) and the Incident (the season 5 finale). Apparently they are all available on ABC.com or Hulu.com.
Here’s what they had to say about the episodes:
