I think I’m being sarcastic with that headline, but I’m not sure, anymore, really. At any rate, many of you likely know this, but it bears repeating that you can go to the website Pandora and create your own radio station, freeing yourself from the tyranny of programmers.
Of course, I’m sure those working in radio feel about Pandora the way newspaper people feel about Internet news sites, but what are you going to do? I actually just created a station and, for some reason, I have already heard three bands I like but had never heard of before (Aberdeen, The Academy Is…, Hello Saferide!). But who cares about what I like? Break out the headphones and go there yourself, just click on this link.
Also, make sure your boss isn’t standing behind you.
