AMC plans a sneak preview of its new conspiracy theory thriller “Rubicon” on Sunday night after “Breaking Bad” finale.
“Rubicon” begins its first season on August 1. It’s a conspiracy thriller set in a Manhattan-based government intelligence agency, API, where nothing is what it seems.
James Badge Dale (“The Pacific”) plays a beleaguered analyst, Will Travers, who uncovers a complex and sinister conspiracy. The title comes from the phrase “to cross the rubicon” which means to pass a point of no return and refers to Julius Caesar crossing of the Rubicon river, which was considered an act of war.
Season Three finale episode of “Breaking Bad” will be presented with limited commercial breaks. The episode, “Full Measure,” was written and directed by series creator Vince Gilligan, marking his first time behind the camera since the series’ award-winning pilot episode.

The Bright House on-screen cable guide doesn’t mention this show on Sunday. What gives?
