Saturday on the Jax Files Weekend, former state House Speaker and current candidate for the Republican nomination to the U.S. Senate Marco Rubio begins his day in the Tampa Bay area with a visit to the Talkradio 860, WGUL studios. We’ll hear him out on the meaning of Tuesday’s off-year elections, get him to expand on his thoughts about conservative-based solutions and alternatives as a winning formula ... and maybe he’ll take a few pokes at the GOP frontrunner.
In the second half hour, we expect to catch up with U.S. Rep. Ginny Brown-Waite (R-Brooksville) from the floor of the House of Representatives, where members will be waging a pitched battle in a rare Saturday session over Nancy Pelosi’s health care “reform” monstrosity.
The Jax Files Weekend airs from 11 a.m. until noon each Saturday on WGUL, 860AM, and streams live from the station’s Web site: http://860wgul.townhall.com/.
