TEMPLE TERRACE - With local primaries approaching and the general election to follow, the Temple Terrace Public Library is opening its doors to voters who can’t wait for election day.
The library at 202 Bullard Parkway will be an early voting site in August and October for the 2008 fall elections. The library will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 11-23 to vote early for primary races and from Oct. 20 to Nov. 1 for the general election, including Temple Terrace Municipal Elections.
Area voters will choose among a slate of candidates seeking legislative and county commission in party primary races in August, as well as circuit judge posts. On Nov. 4, voters will select a U.S. president, legislators and county commissioners.
In addition, Temple Terrace voters will choose a mayor and two council members during the November elections.
