The genuinely faithful will tell you that God is everywhere, if only you’re willing to look. That may help explain why, when a dark patch appeared in the grain of a wooden door at the Jarrett Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership, some observers took it for the image of Jesus, or the iconic Shroud of Turin, embraced by some as the burial cloth of Christ. Maybe. But the Jax Files is not willing to go so far as to suggest that the presence of the discussion-provoking image settles, once and for all, the old head-scratcher, WWJD—what would Jesus drive?
