As Bruce Gradkowski ran off the field following the offense’s final drive of the first half, he was greeted by a screaming Jon Gruden.
The coach should send some of that constructive criticism the wide receivers’ way. Bucs receivers are having a hard time hanging onto the ball. Joey Galloway had two drops on one offensive series, while Michael Clayton dropped a ball in the end zone, though he likely would not have gotten both feet in for the score.
Gradkowski’s first half stats look ugly – 7-for-23 for 67 yards. Given the offensive struggles, it’s not surprising the Bucs trail 14-3 heading into the second half.
