Shouldn’t it be a given that Bucs fans are supposed to cheer loudly when the opponents offense is on the field? Then why do Bucs’ defenders need to constantly implore the crowd to get loud?
Perhaps the large number of Philly fans in the Raymond James Stadium seats are silencing the Bucs fans.
